Toxins, repeated trauma, stress, poor lifestyle are all factors that create blockages that impinge on the muscles and nerves. A reflexology session works at breaking up the deposits which can make reflexes more tender. Factors affecting tenderness: stress, injury, surgery, medications, level of wellness, footwear. Reflexology also releases endorphins which are chemical messengers that have a calming affect on the body.

We do not: diagnose, prescribe, or treat for a specific condition (we treat the whole body).
